Sinopse :
Nicolas Cage é Yuri Orlov, um negociante de armas que nunca viu sua prática profissional com olhos éticos. Apesar de fornecer armas para países pobres, imersos em conflitos civis, entre outros compradores, Yuri sempre encarou muito bem seu trabalho, que o deixou extremamente rico e poderoso. No entanto, começa a pensar melhor em sua vida quando é perseguido por Jack Valentine (Ethan Hawke), um agente da Interpol.
