Sinopse :

Sanny (John-Paul Howard) é um menino órfão bastante tímido que encontra por acaso um cãozinho simpático perdido na rua.Ao ver o bichinho de perto, descobre que não se trata de um vira-lata se dono, mas de Teddy, o animal de estimação de ninguém menos que o Presidente dos EUA. Determinado a fazer a coisa certa e ajudar o simpático Teddy a voltar para casa, em Washington, Danny e o cachorro caem na estrada. Dessa jornada surge uma inesperada e bonita amizade.
